How do I get today's rate for sand or aggregate?
Call or WhatsApp us with the material, quantity and site location. Rates change with market supply and delivery distance, so we always quote a current, delivered price.
What is the difference between crushed sand and river sand?
Crushed sand (M-sand) is made by crushing hard stone and grading it to size, so its particle shape and grading are more consistent than river sand. It is widely used for concrete and, in finer grades, for plaster and blockwork.
What are GSB and WMM used for?
GSB (granular sub-base) forms the lower drainage and load-spreading layer of a road. WMM (wet mix macadam) is a graded aggregate mixed with water and compacted as the base layer above it, before the final surface is laid.
Should I use 10mm or 20mm aggregate for RCC work?
20mm khadi is the most common coarse aggregate for columns, beams and footings, while 10mm suits thinner sections, precast and congested reinforcement. Many mixes use a blend of both. Always follow your structural engineer's mix design.
